JACKSON, TN. - ArtiFlex Holdings today announced the acquisition of a casting facility in Jackson, Tennessee, and the launch of ArtiCast Jackson. Representatives from the State of Tennessee joined ArtiFlex executives at the Greater Jackson Chamber to welcome the newest company in the ArtiFlex family of companies and recognize the organization’s expansion into the state.

The Jackson facility expands ArtiCast casting and manufacturing capabilities in the southeastern United States. Its high-pressure die casting equipment includes machines with capacity up to 1,800 tons, strengthening the company’s ability to support a broad range of component sizes, production requirements, and customer programs. ArtiCast expects to invest over $10 million and create 100 jobs at this facility by 2031 as it meets increasing demands from the aerospace, drone, defense, humanoid robotics, automotive, aftermarket, commercial truck, industrial, and agricultural industries.

ArtiCast Jackson will benefit from other companies within ArtiFlex Holdings, including ArtiCast Tooling and AutoMatrix, to bring world-class solutions with US-based, vertical integration and technology. As part of the ArtiFlex family, this addition strengthens the ArtiFlex Edge®, where Design & Innovation, Engineering, Tooling, Automation, and Manufacturing come together under one entity to drive competitive advantages for our customers.

“ArtiCast Jackson is an important step in expanding our casting and manufacturing platform and bringing more capability closer to customers in the Southeast United States,” said Erin Hoffmann, CEO and Chairman of the Board of ArtiFlex Holdings. “We are excited to become part of the Jackson community and to work with the State of Tennessee as we build a strong foundation for long-term growth. We can put capital investment anywhere. The talented workforce in Jackson makes this the ideal location.”

“The facility brings valuable high-pressure die casting capacity to the ArtiFlex family and gives us room to grow with both current and future customers,” said Jon Husby, CEO of ArtiCast, ArtiFlex ADP, and AutoMatrix/Ingemat. “Our team is ready to build on the operation’s capabilities, pursue new opportunities, and serve customers across a diverse range of industries by growing with a talented team in Jackson.”

ArtiCast Jackson will be positioned to take on additional capacity supporting ArtiFlex Holdings’ strategy of building focused businesses with the leadership, capabilities and capacity needed to create long-term value through US- based design, development, and production.
