Subject: Leadership Changes
We are pleased to announce the following changes in our leadership team at ArtiFlex Manufacturing. First, we are delighted to introduce you to Rand Stille as our new President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective January 22, 2024. Rand comes to us with a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles at leading manufacturing companies. “I am excited to serve with Rand, as he perfectly fits our servant leader culture and has the experience we need to achieve our future potential. His expertise aligns with our mission and we are excited about the positive impact he will make in driving operation excellence”, stated CEO Erin Hoffmann.
We also want to thank Christopher Morin for his outstanding service and leadership in his role as our President and COO. Under Chris’ leadership, we have made significant progress in improving our safety culture, systems, and operations. Chris is excited to tackle a new role at ArtiFlex as he transitions from day-to-day leadership to our Chief Growth Officer. In this role, he will be focusing on strategic business development for all our business groups; as well as overseeing mergers/acquisitions and integration.
